Saffron Infusion (tea)

Ingredients:
2 cups water
5 saffron threads
Honey or lemon to taste
Preparation:
Bring water to a boil.
Add
5 saffron threads
and
simmer for 5 minutes
.
Remove from heat, let steep 2–3 minutes, then strain if desired.
Sweeten with honey or add a slice of lemon before serving.
